Mouthing off

Richard Huston was kind enough to comment on my last drawing with "You might want to try suggesting the teeth rather than trying to render them individually." A total 'duh' moment for me. So I went to my trusty shelf of art books (and you thought I just bought them to put on the shelf to collect dust!) and found some good examples of how to render teeth and mouths. So here are some attempts at not making my mouths look like orthodontic nightmares!

first off, I wanted to say, "thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment". These are Great, I've been afraid to try do teeth, ever time I've tried them they have looked way TOO BIG!!! just suggesting them is perfect! Thanks.

These are very good. It's funny how not doing them individually makes them look better!
